Analysis of the lack of application of adolescent morals In the digital era (Case Study of Bunut Village, Torgamba District, South Labuhanbatu Regency)

The background of this research problem is that the influence of the development of digital information technology has a very important role in shaping the behavior of an individual. Teenagers are more concerned with their affairs and do not care about others, this can be seen from the more often teenagers play gadgets. This research is qualitative research. The method used in this study is a descriptive method. The research data collection technique used observation, interviews and documentation. The subject of this study is Parents, while the object of this research is adolescents. The results of this study show that the factors that cause the lack of application of adolescent morals in the digital era are: First, parental factors such as low parental attention, lack of knowledge about digital devices. Second, self-factors (adolescent morality) such as excessive use of digital devices and children's lack of social sense, and the low interest of teenagers in religious activities and the weak role of the surrounding environment also contribute to the decline in good moral attitudes
